The estimated delivery time for orders from Mirna Jeweler is generally 2-3 working days within Dubai, while approximately 3–5 days outside Dubai.
At the moment, we only ferry within Dubai.
Our standard return policy applies to all click & collect orders. You may return your order within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
We accept returns within 7 days of purchase, handed that the item is unused and in its original packaging.

If the bangles or cuff do not fit you, you can initiate a return or exchange as per our policy.
We do not currently take orders from this method. You can buy something by ordering on our Facebook or Instagram page.
You can cancel your purchase within 24 hours of making it; once that time has passed, however, the order becomes unreachable and, therefore, cannot be revoked.
